Milwaukee, WI — October 29, 2026 — ECP, the leading all-in-one software provider for senior living communities, today announced an integration with SafelyYou, an AI-powered fall detection and prevention platform for senior living. For assisted living and memory care communities running both platforms, ECP now sends resident census, demographic, and level of care information to SafelyYou in real time, so teams keep one accurate resident record instead of entering it twice.
SafelyYou is the newest of more than 75 named technology partners in ECP's Integration Hub. ECP is used by more than 8,500 senior living communities across all 50 states.
How the ECP and SafelyYou integration works today
ECP drives the resident data behind SafelyYou's fall detection, down to every move-in, move-out, and level of care change.
When SafelyYou's AI-enabled cameras detect a fall in a resident's room, the care team gets an alert right away, and the resident information behind it is already current. Video is saved only when a fall occurs, so staff can judge how serious it was, and SafelyYou's clinical experts work with communities on interventions to prevent the next fall.
"ECP sends every resident update to SafelyYou in real time, so when SafelyYou's AI catches a fall, the care team knows exactly who it is," said Tyler Jenkins, Head of Business Development at ECP. "What I'm most excited about is what comes next. When SafelyYou's fall details flow back into ECP, the nurse opening the incident report already has what the camera saw."
"Through our partnership with ECP, care teams utilize SafelyYou's AI technology seamlessly with the resident information they already trust. This integration minimizes manual data entry to get communities detecting falls faster. Our clinical experts then work alongside them to prevent the next fall. We're excited to keep building on this partnership together." - Joelle Poe, Vice President of Strategy at SafelyYou.
