Does ECP Independent Living include clinical charting?

No. It's built for lifestyle and operations. If you also run assisted living or memory care, ECP's eMAR and EHR are available on the same platform. 

Can ECP handle leases and rent billing for independent living?

Yes. ECP CRM and Move-Ins manage inquiries, move-in documents, leases, and renewals, and ECP Billing generates rent charges. 

What happens when someone moves between independent living and assisted living or memory care?

If those communities also run on ECP, their file moves with them in either direction, so your team doesn't re-enter their history. 

Do we need an IT team to use ECP?
