ECP approved to connect electronically to Arkansas pharmacies

Advanced eMAR connection improves medication oversight and safety.

East Troy, WI – ECP announced today that their electronic medication administration record (eMAR) platform has received approval from the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy to connect to pharmacies within the state. ECP is the leading provider of web-based clinical, business, and compliance software to over 2,000 assisted living communities and other long-term care providers.
 
ECP’s eMAR platform allows assisted living and other long-term care communities to connect electronically to pharmacies to directly share medication information, improving safety and efficiency. Electronic sharing of medication information also improves medication oversight and reduces the possibility of med errors.
