Build care plans automatically from assessments
Detailed assessment, automated care plan
Document the assessment components required for each person by the New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH). ECP's comprehensive assessment encompasses, but is not limited to, components such as physical health, cognitive health, behavior patterns, functionality with activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), independent living skills, and medication management. Details flow automatically into the individual service plan (ISP, also known as care plan) following the assessment. Through this automation, each detailed assessment effortlessly generates care plans and daily task lists. This seamless process keeps records current, enabling everyone with the tools to provide proper care.
Choose the EHR that is ONC Certified
ECP is committed to helping New Jersey communities comply with new legislation (AB 4476) that requires long-term care providers to use an EHR that is certified by the Office of the National Coordinator for Healthcare IT and connect to the New Jersey Health Information Network (“NJHIN”).
We believe ECP is the only primarily AL-focused EHR to be ONC-certified. You can verify that our certification is still current by visiting our listing on the Federal Certified Health IT Product List here.
ECP supports more than 50 assisted living, personal care and memory care communities throughout New Jersey, representing more than 25% of the communities in the state. Our compliance and development teams are also in close and regular communication with the leadership and technical teams of the NJII and NJHIN to ensure that the communities we support can use our software to connect to the NJHIN.
