ECP Joins Sage Intacct Marketplace to Streamline Financial Workflows for Senior Living Providers

New Sage Intacct Marketplace integration helps senior living providers boost efficiency, improve financial accuracy and enhance overall business performance

Milwaukee, WI – September 2, 2025 — ECP, a leading provider of assisted living software to over 8,000 senior living and other long-term care communities, today announced that its solution is now available through the Sage Intacct Marketplace.

As a member of the Sage Intacct Marketplace Partner Program, ECP is listed on the Sage Intacct Marketplace, making it easier for senior living communities to discover and explore the integration. Communities can work directly with ECP to enable the integration, which requires minimal configuration and setup.

This integration enables communities to automatically transmit data related to invoices, payments, refunds, and other financial activity from ECP Billing directly into Sage Intacct—eliminating manual exports and saving valuable administrative time.

“ECP Billing is built to help senior living communities optimize revenue capture. ACH, credit and debit card processing is automatic, alongside check and cash. Level of care and rent changes, as well as ancillary and one-off cares, automatically flow onto resident invoices. Prorations occur automatically, and missed and returned payments automatically reconcile to resident invoices and ledgers,” said Carly Smith, Vice President of Product Management at ECP. “ECP Billing helps senior living operators avoid acuity creep and capture all revenue that they’ve earned. This integration helps further automate financial activities and make it even easier to use ECP alongside Sage Intacct to improve business outcomes.”

The integration is powered by ECP Billing’s Journal Entries functionality, which captures all billing-related actions and maps them to a community’s general ledger structure. Customers can configure chart of account mappings in ECP and have journal entries sent automatically to Sage Intacct, ensuring consistency between care, billing, and accounting.

  • Sage Intacct customers can use ECP to collect resident payments electronically and use ECP Billing’s powerful revenue tools to automatically capture level of care changes, rent changes, and ancillary charges without any manual workflows
  • Payments (including missed, returned, charge backs, NSFs, etc.) reconcile automatically to resident ledgers
  • Automated syncing of journal entries from ECP Billing into Sage Intacct
  • Custom GL account mapping to align with each community’s accounting structure
  • Reduced manual entry and reconciliation, saving time and improving accuracy
  • Seamless data flow from clinical to financial systems, with ECP as the source of truth
