New integration between ECP and Aline CRM simplifies data transfer, accelerates onboarding, and ensures seamless communication across teams

Milwaukee, WI – January 14, 2026 — ECP, the all-in-one software platform trusted by more than 8,000 senior living communities, today announced a new integration with Aline, the CRM and operations platform for senior living. The integration allows Aline CRM users to send resident and contact information directly into ECP Clinical or ECP Move-Ins with the click of a button—eliminating duplicate data entry, reducing onboarding time, and ensuring a smoother, more consistent handoff from sales to care.

For operators, the new integration means data entered once in Aline CRM automatically populates into ECP, allowing teams to work faster and with greater confidence. Sales, care, and operations staff can now stay aligned on every new resident from first touch through move-in, supporting both accuracy and efficiency.
