Our leadership team
Adam Aisen
Adam Aisen has led ECP as CEO since 2020, tripling the number of communities and residents served and earning top customer feedback. He brings experience from roles at Google, Goldman Sachs, and the investment office of Michael Dell. Adam holds degrees in Biophysics and Economics from Columbia University and earned an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School.
Adam Helitzer
Adam Helitzer is ECP's Chief Strategy Officer, where he builds teams, implements processes, and leads complex projects. A Tufts University Chemical Engineering graduate, Adam started his career at Epic, before earning his MBA from Harvard Business School. He joined ECP as Chief of Staff in 2020 and became CSO in 2023, driving strategic growth.
Aaron Dollinger
Aaron Dollinger, Chief Sales Officer at ECP since 2022, oversees growth strategies. With over a decade of experience building SaaS go-to-market teams, Aaron brings deep enterprise sales expertise. A University of Kansas graduate, he ensures strong customer fit for ECP’s future clients, focusing on building customer-first teams that drive sustainable growth and long-term success.
Kevin Rice
Kevin Rice is the VP of Engineering at ECP, leading product development and technical execution. Passionate about building scalable solutions, Kevin's work impacts communities globally. Before ECP, he was CTO at FieldCast, enhancing communication for Fortune 500 companies. There, he connected over 100,000 employees with senior leadership via secure podcast platforms.
Sonja Karlson
Sonja Karlson, ECP’s VP of Finance, has been with the company since 2013. With a background in commercial real estate and construction accounting, Sonja is committed to financial accuracy and transparent customer communication. Passionate about ECP’s growth and potential, she focuses on building long-term relationships through clear, honest billing and fostering a strong company culture.
Carly Smith
Carly Smith joined ECP in 2016 and has been Director of Product Management since 2022. With her entire career in assisted living, Carly brings years of industry expertise and passion. She holds a degree in healthcare administration from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, using her knowledge to guide ECP’s products and meet the evolving needs of assisted living communities.
Jeremy London
Jeremy London, VP of Customer Experience at ECP since 2023, oversees implementation, customer success, and pharmacy services. His goal is to ensure customers maximize the value of ECP’s platform. Previously, Jeremy spent a decade at Epic. He holds a degree from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and focuses on driving customer loyalty and growth at ECP.
Sarah Mueller
ECP’s Director of People Operations & Talent Acquisition, Sarah Mueller, brings expertise in talent management and organizational development, with a focus on building people strategies that support growth, culture, and company values. Since joining ECP in 2022, she has helped scale a high-performing, people-first organization dedicated to supporting assisted living operators through technology. Sarah holds a B.B.A. from University of Iowa and an M.S. in Organization Development from Saint Joseph's University.
Sean Spielberg
Sean Spielberg, VP of Growth at ECP since 2025, oversees the Billing & Payments product and team, along with key data initiatives spanning reporting and analytics. Sean previously served as Director of Product at YipitData and CreatorIQ, co-founded Instascreener, and was a Product Manager at Oscar. He holds a BA and MBA from Columbia University, and focuses on the initiatives most critical to ECP's next stage of growth.
Autumn McKinnell
Autumn McKinnell, Marketing Director at ECP, has spent over five years building the team and strategy behind the company's demand generation, brand, and growth initiatives. She leads with a sharp focus on driving measurable pipeline impact while keeping marketing a strong, practical partner to sales. Grounded in a deep commitment to the assisted living operators ECP serves, Autumn brings both strategic vision and customer empathy to everything she does.
