The ECP Customer Advisory Board brings together executives across care, clinical operations, strategy, and enterprise leadership to provide direct operator perspective as ECP continues to invest in its modern, operator-led product innovation. The board was created to ensure ECP’s product direction and long-term strategy remain grounded in real operational realities, not theory.

Collectively, The ECP Customer Advisory Board members represent over 1,000 senior living communities and bring decades of experience across care delivery, clinical oversight, operational scalability, and growth.
